The ringleader of a sophisticated ballot harvesting scheme in Yuma County, Arizona will appear in court today and plead guilty to voter fraud and conspiracy charges. Guillermina Fuentes, 66, was indicted in 2020 for illegally harvesting ballots for the Democrats in 2020. A second accomplice, Alma Yadira Juarez, also pleaded guilty as part of the same scheme. Originally, Fuentes was planning to plead not guilty and would have been represented by three high-powered Phoenix lawyers and one local attorney hired by the DNC.

But, after Juarez’s confession and the evidence piled up, she decided to plead guilty and get less prison time. The only question is whether she turned state’s evidence in order to accomplish that. If she did, this would be huge because we could learn who was funding the operation and we could then find out if they were also the source for other counties and states.

True the Vote’s Gregg Phillips has previously alluded to big news coming out about the 2020 presidential election and this could be it. He suggested that there was money from a foreign source and that certain government agencies were involved in the plot. He did not say if those government agencies were local, state, or federal.

AP reported:

An Arizona woman indicted in 2020 on accusations of illegally collecting ballots apparently ran a sophisticated operation using her status as a well-known Democratic operative in the border city of San Luis to persuade voters to let her gather and in some cases fill out their ballots, according to records obtained by The Associated Press.

Guillermina Fuentes, 66, and a second woman were indicted in December 2020 on one count of ballot abuse, a practice commonly known as “ballot harvesting” that was made illegal under a 2016 state law. Additional charges of conspiracy, forgery and an additional ballot abuse charge were added last October.

Investigators said it appears she used her position as a powerful figure in the heavily Mexican American community to get people to give her or others their ballots to return to the polls.

The alleged illegal ballot collection by Fuentes and her co-defendant happened in plain sight outside a cultural center in San Luis on the day of the primary election, the reports show. Fuentes was at a card table set up by supporters of a slate of city council candidates and was spotted with several mail-ballot envelopes, pulling out the ballots and in some cases marking them.

The ballots were then taken inside the cultural center and deposited in a ballot box.

  • 1 must wonder what the citizenship status of these 2 women is; & that of those whose ballots they were harvesting. Yuma is a border county, & criminal invaders have come through that sector for decades…

    • I didn’t believe that my brother was really receiving money part time on-line.. their sister’s roommate has been doing this less than nine months and recently repaid the mortgage on their mini mansion and about themselves a Land Rover Defender.

  • And if nothing happens to them and nobody else is arrested! We will know it was just another cover up of a crime! And that the courts are in on the cover up. Is that why the three big name Democrat lawyers are not needed? Cause the judges was there to protect them. Maybe we need to start tracing who judges are talking to.

  • well we will see if they let her turn states evidence ! Or if the judge is in on the fix and has already made a deal to keep her from blowing the whistle! The problem is there are way to many corrupt judges turning a blind eye to crime. Especially Democrat crime! That information should be in the plea bargain! What the judge says and does will tell the country if he is a huge part of the problem!
