President Donald J. Trump is demanding that his opponent Democrat Joe Biden take a drug test before the first 2020 Presidential debate which is scheduled for Tuesday, September 29 from Cleveland Ohio.
“I will be strongly demanding a Drug Test of Sleepy Joe Biden prior to, or after, the Debate on Tuesday night. Naturally, I will agree to take one also. His Debate performances have been record setting UNEVEN, to put it mildly. Only drugs could have caused this discrepancy???” Trump tweeted.
Biden’s behavior has been very erratic, he has displayed numerous concerning behaviors and he doesn’t seem to be able to retain his memory very well, based on his own behavior at events in September including recently when he said in a campaign event when he said he had gotten to the “Senate 180 ago”.
There are numerous gaffes and blunders by Bidden, which his campaign wants to write off as good humor, jokes, wit, that are actually reckless and careless leading Americans to worry that Biden is suffering from some mental illness.
Polls by Rasmussen indicate that at close to 4o% of Americans believe that Biden is suffering from some mental/memory issues, and due to Biden’s lack of energy or ability to campaign, Trump is calling on a Drug test to examine how he is able to function when he does function.
Trump also agreed to take a drug test, himself. Many people posted in response to Trump that they supported the idea of a drug test before the debate.
Trump has been outspoke at his rallies last week, saying he is suspicious of how Biden’s campaigh has him on drugs to time his appearances.
Earlier in September Biden was up to an hour late for his own vitural event, and people waiting were writting in the comment section on youtube they wondered if Biden was waiting for performance enhancing drugs to start working.
So Trump is “strongly demanding a drug test”.
The New York Times reported about the debate schedule:
“We’ve entered debate season, and here’s the who, what, when and where for the three matchups between President Trump and Joe Biden and the single vice-presidential debate.
