Joe Biden, the Democrat candidate for President, recently slammed his own running mate and made a mockery of her proud background in law enforcement, telling viewers of the Democrat Primary Presidential Debate to “Google 1,000 Prisoners freed” to find out more about his then opponent, the result showed Harris’ inaction caused a scandal that resulted in roughly 1,000 pending drug cases to be abandoned by prosecutors.
Biden said at the time that Harris oversaw a police department that was “abusing people’s rights” and that she did not “disclose to defense attorneys” when there was exculpatory evidence: “She didn’t do that. She never did it. And so, what happened? Along came a federal judge and said enough, enough, and he freed 1,000 of these people.”
“I did the work of running the second largest department of justice in the United States, which is the California Department of Justice, an office of almost 5,000 people,” Harris said on CNN’s “New Day” Thursday, adding later: “I’m proud of the work that I’ve done,” Harris said at the time.

“Five years before a major scandal on her watch as San Francisco district attorney, Kamala Harris confronted a choice that pitted two of her most important constituencies against each other.
Aides to Ms. Harris in 2005 recommended adopting a policy popular among progressive criminal-justice reformers to disclose past misconduct by law enforcement in order to help ensure defendants received a fair trial. At the same time, police unions, who were already critical of the novice politician, opposed such a move.”
It is because of her radical progressive law enforecement background that the far left wants her. She has beenon their minds for a long time.

In March 2010, a crime lab used by the San Francisco Police Department where Kamala Harris was District Attorney was shut down after a former technician, Deborah Madden, was discovered to have been stealing cocaine marked as evidence from the lab. The ensuing scandal evolved into a broader reaching indictment of Harris’ District Attorney office and resulted in roughly 1,000 pending drug cases being dismissed or dropped.
The scandal stems from a decision made in 2005 by Harris against the advice of her staff — refusing to implement a ‘Brady Policy,’ which says that prosecutors must inform defendants of past misconduct by law enforcement officials.
