One of the most critical jobs on the White House staff is that of the White House Press Secretary. There have been dozens of outstanding individuals entrusted with this important job. The White House Press Secretary is essentially the voice of the President of the United States.

This person must be intelligent. Likewise, they must be gifted communicators. Without a preset list of questions from the White House press corps, the press secretary must be able to think quickly. Most display an obvious talent in this area.

However, others seem to rely on tactical deflection. This has been the case with both White House press secretaries under Joe Biden. Jen Psaki made the response, “I’ll circle back,” an infamous method of deflection.

Instead of answering many tough questions, Psaki would blow off the question with this reply. But the current press secretary, Karine Jean-Pierre, has refined a new tactic. If Biden’s latest “circle-backer” is stuck for an answer, she just starts reading her “curated list of talking points.”

Both of this administration’s press secretaries have been burdened with one big problem. For many of the questions that Americans want answers to, Biden’s staff of buffoons doesn’t have an answer. When pressed for questions about the U.S. border crisis, “it’s secure.”

There’s never any explanation of how or why they feel this way, despite record numbers of illegal migrants pouring into the country. The same goes for inflation. First, it was transitory. After a while, transitory no longer worked, so it really wasn’t a big deal.

Just ask the millions of Americans who are struggling financially, and they might feel differently. And then there is the astronomical spike in gas prices since Joe Biden took office. Biden’s puppets have blamed everyone from Putin to the oil companies.

They never even hint that it could be the result of ignorant energy policies made by the Biden administration. Everybody else was at fault when prices climbed out of control. However, each time gas prices at the pump drop a few cents, Joe Biden is responsible.

Biden has virtually emptied the U.S. strategic petroleum reserves to achieve a modest and temporary reduction in prices. That ill-advised plan has been burnt to the ground. Our nation’s strategic reserves are now dangerously low. However, fuel prices are beginning to rise again.

FOX News’ White House Correspondent, Peter Doocy, asked one of those “tough” questions. Doocy pressed Jean-Pierre on gas prices. He asked, “You’ve said the President was responsible for gas prices coming down. Is Biden responsible for gas prices going up?”

Biden has taken credit every time gas prices drop, even slightly. So, Doocy wanted to know whose fault it is now that prices are climbing again. However, instead of offering a logical answer, the White House Press Secretary goes into deflection mode.

Seeming to fumble for an answer, Karine Jean-Pierre replied, “So, it’s a lot more nuanced than that. You know this. There have been global challenges. There’s been a pandemic and Putin’s war.” These are the same bogus talking points the Biden administration has used for months.

They no longer apply. “Putin’s war” isn’t what’s causing prices to climb. According to Joe Biden himself, the pandemic is over. What are these “global challenges” Jean-Pierre speaks of? She can’t say. None of these things are to blame.

The reason gas prices are climbing again is that Joe Biden waged an all-out assault on the U.S. fossil fuel industry. Nothing has changed. But now, thanks to “clueless Joe,” our critical strategic reserves have evaporated. Biden was told not to do this. He did it anyway.

Now, there’s little chance to stave off another spike in prices. Biden has handcuffed America’s energy industry. By doing so, he’s handcuffing Americans financially. Maybe Jean-Pierre should give up her strategy of using talking points.

Perhaps, she should use the old strategy and just circle back. “Circle back” fits this administration perfectly. Joe Biden and his White House staff of fools are sort of like a dog spinning around in circles chasing its tail.

  • This president is by far the worst we’ve ever had. Yes, worse than Jimmy Carter and ‘W’ put together. Far worse. It’s sin that we the people should be subjected to this for another two years. We have witnessed the backwards withdrawal (we lost) from Afghanistan leaving behind 85 billion dollars of modern military weapons including blackhawk helicopters, drones and hundreds of thousands AR 15 automatic weapons and all the ammunition they will ever need. They, the Taliban and ISIS are now the 4 th largest army in the world. We also witnessed the stopping of pipelines and the stopping of drilling leases that he did within a week of his taking office. No more drilling on federal land and tons of regulations that would take us from being energy independent to the point of begging OPEC and Venezuela to sell us more oil. As you know we went from $2.35 a gallon to $5.00 on average with Biden’s direction. Now they are talking about a 25% cut of SS in the near future. On top of all of his bad moves we are now being threatened with being nuked by Russia and maybe the Chinese. GOD HELP US.

    • #PedoJoe is NOT the POTUS!! And, every single one of them, in this (FAKE) ‘administration’, is there ILLEGALLY! NONE of them have ANY ‘AUTHORITY’ whatsoever!!

And EVERY SANE ADULT needs to behave this way (they have NO ‘authority’ OVER YOU!!)!!!! THEE most POWERFUL word on planet Earth is…….NO!! DO…..NOT…..COMPLY!!!!

      • Yes you are correct, for the second time in my life time, America has another illegal Government, biden was also an illegal vp and thanks to obozo, the American taxpayers are paying the taliban to rape little boys and girls. The only good taliban is a dead one

    • Sadly, we have brought this upon ourselves, & until & unless we repent our national sins, as a nation, we haven’t the right to ask or expect God’s help for our nation. Trump was put in office to lead such a national repentance, along with the Biblical religious leaders; instead, he chose to busy himself with “fixing” the swamp in his own strength & wisdom, so, naturally, failed. That was why Yhwh God removed him from office, & gave us the leaders we DESERVE! He WARNED us such would happen; too many willfully ignored that warning, not only those who reject & deny Him, but also those who claim to follow Him, but in truth follow some fake facsimile of Him. We who truly do follow Him were shouted down, blocked on social media platforms, & otherwise gagged & muzzled, as often by our own fears, as Satan’s efforts, until here we are…
As individual believers we may still rightfully call upon Yhwh God for His help, of course; but we may not expect national help before there is national repentance, & sadly, that is not likely to occur. Those sins have been enshrined in laws, not apt to be amended without serious bloodshed, at the very least.

  • hey this administration really sucks, it is the worst, I am 86 yrs. old and grew up during the 2nd world war, I remember the ration books, collecting metal and things for the war. These people now do not know what it was like growing up in them days. We did the pledge to the flag every morning, had prayers and all grew up knowing history, math, how to read, and did it with out all this bull crap going on now. Most of us served in the military and proud to do so. What is happening now is a sin, there must be some officials who can see this, speak up better yet action speaks louder than words. Do something please. People don’t forget what we left behind in Viet Nam. People, and equipment, history repeats it self.

    • Thank you, and bless you, for your service. We wouldn’t be here now without you. And bless you for being involved and doing what you can to further our fight and freedoms now, via computer! Good for you!! It’s the only way many of us can, by spreading the truths we aren’t given through our miserable media. That and prayer.

    • I missed that decade; my parents were kids, then, busy with higher education & that war you mentioned. I still grew up with the pledge & prayers in school, even Catholic catechism classes in 2nd grade (I was the lone Protestant, with nowhere else to go), in public school. I was in HS when the “ban the prayer” bill was passed, near the end of my Sophomore yr.
Eventually, after my own “higher education”, I also served in the military, but NOT for this! What happened in Vietnam never should’ve done; we only needed to “mop up” after Tet, & establish a peaceful gov’t in the nation. But the politicians stuck their “brilliance” in, & the rest is history, which repeated in Afghanistan, for the same reasons.
Any officials who might see this, in its full scope, are silent, or only address a small aspect of it at best. This ancient battle predates America, indeed, even humanity as an whole, but is now rapidly reaching its climax; what they do now will essentially only reflect on them asindividuals, but do little if anything at all to alter the course of global events, & make no mistake, this IS global, not merely American. That course is already set…

    • Okay, Old Marine, I think I can empathize. I’m mid-nineties and spent 5 years in the military, 3 in wartime. Back then, I would have given my all to defend what was then the greatest nation in the world. Today I can only scratch my head at the mentality of the electorate that would put a moronic liar and thief at the head of that nation. There’s enough evidence against him (and his minions) to sink the proverbial battleship, yet all we hear is “we should…”, “we must…”, “file suit…”, and reams of legal BS that lasts for takes us nowhere. I neither censure nor condone the activities of January 6th, but I can sure understand the frustration that boiled over at that time. We can’t count on anyone in government — they’re all for sale or for rent at bargain-basement prices. They’ll lie for nickels and dimes. My first monthly government paycheck was for $45. My last, August 1953, was $156.21 which included combat, dependents and “longevity.” Today these worthless pieces of ??? in Congress are making $174,000. a year for doing little or nothing.

  • As unqualified as KJP is, I recall a Press Secretary even more worthless. George Stephanopoulous. I never had any use for Bill Clinton, but Bill realized George was totally totally unsuited for the job and moved him elsewhere after a couple weeks.
After the White house, liberals in the media spent years and millions trying to recast George as a “journalist.”
Biden’s handlers keep KJP so he (and they) can hide behind the clouds of meaningless nonsense she spews.
I have seen the MSM at their desks, set up comments and questions to prop up Joe. They discuss a topic, and play carefully edited videos of KJP spouting something, then say, “Well she answered it and it shows the Biden Administration is taking care of it.”

  • Since Twitter suspended me, feel free to post my QUOTE from me and by me to Twitter FOR me, QUOTE: President Joe Biden @JoeBiden
Today is Thursday,October 5th,the 623rd day of the worst Presidency in history.Biden’s lies, dementia and blamestorming make him a “uniquely talented” threat to the national security, world economy, and democratic rule of law with equal immunities, powers, privileges, and protections. – John Lloyd Scharf

    • Notice that only leftist cesspools censor or ban people???
      Raw Story, Twitter, Youtube, Yahoo…………………

  • These 2 are the Sanders/ Acosta bouts in reverse! Comic relief, but not much gets accomplished otherwise. At least Sanders COULD answer serious questions somewhat honestly, when Acosta wasn’t interrupting. Maybe they could get an AI for the next press secretary?

  • Brill-o head didn’t mention that SLO JOE admitted that he would shut down fossil fuel production, sell our oil to China or cancel the Keystone pipe line.

What does he care, he’s never paid for a single gallon of gas in his entire political career.
