Joe Biden is a man who has no boundaries.

He’s been caught on more than one occasion touching women, children and other people in inappropriate ways – from giving Hillary Clinton an awkward hug at an airport to rubbing his nether regions near someone while talking about sports betting legislation, what is with this guy, seriously?

During the Hillary Clinton incident years ago, you saw them embrace in a hug and when Hillary released, Joe didn’t.

She even patted him on the arm more than once as a subtle gesture to let go, but he didn’t budge. She even put her arms down to give a definite signal that the moment was over…still nothing.

Take a look:

Well, earlier this week, Joe Biden visited a school in North Plainfield, New Jersey where he DEFINITELY got too close to some children.

In the video you’re about to see, Biden was WAY too close to a little boy, practically standing with his crotch against the back of his head and slowly rubbing his hands up the boy’s arms. And pay close attention to how he’s standing…he is literally standing above the chair that the boy is sitting in. Not behind it, not close to it, he’s straddling it.

Why can’t he just keep his hand to himself? It’s not a hard thing to do.

This guy needs to be put on a sex offender registry or something with as many women that have accused him of sexual abuse and the children that we have seen him touching. For goodness sakes, we’ve even seen him pinching a little girl’s chest (you know where). She even winced after it happened.

I love kids. I think they’re the best. I can understand wanting to be close to them and such, but this is going way too far.
