According to the court documents, after his run-in with the California Highway Patrol and the authorities in Napa County, the husband of the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi, Paul, is facing further charges in addition to the DUI charge.

After slamming his Porsche into a Jeep on May 28, it was already obvious that Paul Pelosi would be detained for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. And because Fox News Digital was able to secure some new records, we now have further information regarding the events that took place on that May evening.

It was 10:15 p.m. when the collision took place, and the driver of the Jeep has not been identified. It appears that Mr. Pelosi not only gave the officer his driver’s license but also included his membership card for the “11-99 Foundation.”

This organization offers “emergency assistance to California Highway Patrol employees and scholarships to their children,” as stated on the website for the foundation. After receiving a sizeable donation, the donor is presented with a membership card.

Did Paul Pelosi see this as a “get out of jail free” card?

During an evaluation, officers who “observed objective signs and symptoms of alcohol intoxication” came to the conclusion that Pelosi displayed “signs of impairment.”

He “was unsteady on his feet, his speech was slurred, and he had a strong odor of an alcohol beverage emanating from his breath.”

According to another document from the court, Paul Pelosi is being charged with DUI causing injury, but in addition to that, there is this:

While operating the vehicle, he was under the “influence of an alcoholic beverage and a drug and under their combined influence while driving a vehicle.”

When questioned about the drug reference, Amanda Bevins, who represents Paul Pelosi, responded in a contemptuous manner. She stated, “I believe that the drug reference is part of the statutory boilerplate language in the complaint.”

When Paul Pelosi is arranged in Napa County Superior Court, we will know more.

  • He is no better than any other drunk and possible drug taking driver and deserves to be put in jail especially when he pulled his card to try get special treatment.

  • Stop these stories. He will never serve anything. We all know the liberals have no legal worries with the current people in charge of the government and its agencies.

  • this whole country is becoming a disaster. The more money they have they feel they can do anything and not get punished.Especially the democrats.I was never a total republican I voted for the person I felt was the best for our country. I did vote for Trump and I am very proud I voted for him.Biden I felt he was a lier from the word go . He certainly proved my feelings as correct. So much crime and crooked FBI(disgusting)
God help them when Biden is out and we have an honest president and a country to be proud of again.

  • Seriously, the husband of the Democrat Speaker of the House being held accountable for his actions, that’s not the American way…. remember, “equal justice for all” with some being more equal than others, IE Trump and Mar-a-Lago vs Hillary and Benghazi.

  • He, like his wife and son, is a very shady character. All their financial info should be released regarding Nancy’s dealings w/foreign countries while on U.S. Govt payroll. His and their son’s dealings w/foreign entities should also be thoroughly investigated. Remember,
NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW and this includes the Pelosi family!!!

  • He is wrong but don’t judge his wife to him. And for Trump he was the worst president we ever had and a criminal also.
