Do you remember going on field trips when you were a kid? I know that I do and there were plenty of good ones.

One in particular that stands out to me the most was when we went to a Civil War battlefield. I wasn’t into history at the time, but it sort of turned me on to the idea. Today, I love history.

There were several others such as museums, zoos, and renaissance fairs that were a lot of fun also.

They were all educational in some form and always enjoyable from what I can remember.

Well, I guess field trips have changed since I was a kid because a school board member is now under fire for a field trip that she went to with some children at a school in Florida.

Apparently, the teachers felt that it was a good idea to take 9- and 10-year-old students on a field trip to a gаy bar.

And the school board member, Sarah Leonardi even bragged about how much of an honor she felt it was to be able to go to a gаy bar with these children.

“I was SO honored to be invited to chaperone @WiltonManorsES’s field trip to the incredible Rosie’s! The students and I had a fun walk over and learned a lot about our community! A huge thank you to @RosiesBnG for hosting this special field trip every year!”

There is one idiot ho was even trying to defend the field trip. He tweeted,

“The best part of this is that no one, not even Fox News, has decided to get ANY information before publishing this story. They read a Facebook post, looked at a website, wrote an article based on that & speculation, & call that journalism.”

Really? Let’s put that to the test. Let’s really evaluate some of the things that they were exposed to while at this gаy bar…

The first thing you can notice is some of the menu items as we mentioned above, but perhaps one of the worst things is that these children likely would have seen

What is the academic connection to taking these children here? Is it to understand business? If that’s the case, then why not just take them somewhere that’s non-sexuаl in nature?
