Robert Francis O’Rourke, better known simply as Beto, is getting ready to run for next year’s Texas Governor race.

Beto has many failed attempts in politics such as failing in 2020 to run for President, a failed Senate race, and even failing when trying to help other Democrats win their races. The guy is a complete wreck

With so many failures in politics, it is to no surprise that many Republicans want Beto to run for the Governor spot. Republicans feel with Beto’s stances being against the border wall, wanting to take everybody’s guns away, and being against anything a conservative stands for, Beto will lose in Texas…and they’re right. He will.

Beto even wants to tax churches,

O’Rourke made the remark during a CNN LGBT town hall event during the following exchange with host Don Lemon:

LEMON: This is from your LGBTQ plan and here’s what you write — this is a quote: ‘Freedom of religion is a fundamental right, but it should not be used to discriminate.’ Do you think religious institutions like colleges, churches, charities — should they lose their tax-exempt status if they oppose same-sex marriage?

O’ROURKE: There can be no reward, no benefit, no tax break for anyone or any institution, any organization in America, that denies the full human rights and the full civil rights of every single one of us. So as president, we’re going to make that a priority, and we are going to stop those who are infringing upon the human rights of our fellow Americans.

Many Democrats agree with their Republican counterparts. Beto has such extreme views coming from the far left that Beto would most likely fail in a state that is pure red like Texas. With Beto’s views being so far left, it is unlikely he would even be successful in a purple state or even blue state for that matter.

Standing hand in hand with Black Lives Matter, Beto is completely against the police and supports the Defund the Police movement and this will not sit well with Texans. Beto is not in alignment with Texans.
